headaches every day, worse at night, last severly30 min, sometimes three times in one night,on one side of face, temple and jaw and brow bone, excrusating pain

My friend it sounds like you are suffering from migraines or cluster headaches you need to see a headache specialist or neurologist to be formally diagnosed and MRI's and CT Scans don't help to diagnose these but do help to rule out other things like aneurysms. Now I am not a doctor but a migraine sufferer for the past 16 years and have been "recently" diagnosed in 2005 after spending weeks in the hospital and lumbar punctures etc. etc... See a Neurologist or Specialist please!

I was suffering from a 3 day couldn't move couldn't keep down water migraine went to the doctor and was given an anti-nausea shot and then put on butal acetamino CF50-325-40 and have seen dramatic improvement. The shot did make me sleep/drowsy for about 20 hours, but the lack of headache and nausea is totally worth it.

Have you found out what's causing them?

They sound pretty debilitating, I'm very sorry.

Do you take any other medications? Do you have any other medical conditions?

I am on butal/acetamino/cf50-325-40tab for headaches in the back of my head. They are bad especially sometimes in the night. I don't feel these pills work for me.

I have been taking this for my headaches. The pharmacy usually gives me my perscription in blue pills. Twice the refill was with white pills. I have noticed that I stay awake at night with the white ones & the blue ones I fall alseep pretty quick even though it has caffeine. I am wondering if there is more caffeine in the white ones on if its just my imagination.

i was use to taking the blue pills for blocking my migraines and they worked for neausea, too. Then i was given the white pills and in four days, I was so neauseated, I threw up, had the migraine, chills, fever and I did not have the flu..I also had my flu shot. I had to miss work..The white pills just do not have the same ingredients as the blue. WhY is this?

I'm taking fioricet (butaal/acetamino/cf) 50-325-40-tab for migraines, does this have hyrocodone or hydrocoden in it,says it can become addictive?is it just like taking Tylenol? will it work, can't take the pain!

Fioricet does not have hydrocodone in it. There is a version of it that has codeine in it, but would be clearly labeled on the bottle. Fioricet does have an ingredient in it called a barbiturate, which does have the potential to be abused and become dependent on although not nearly as much as narcotics such as hydrocodone, oxycodone, etc.

Have severe headack in the back of my head constant pain for a year and 3 months have taken hydrocod/aceta for over one yr two pills a day with three pill of alprazolam o.5mg.. it helps but its not a cure. I had a fall on Nov 6 2013. I passed out for a few seconds when I did I hit my head and elbows and was told I broke my left arm but they treated me as epilectic. I had no seizures. I really need someone to help me out. I am not young I am 71

Kathleen what other meds are you on? there are lots that cause that constant nagging feeling in the back of your head. also as we age we react differently to meds. give me a post back.

I have been suffering with severe debilitating headaches for over 15 years. I have hardly any quality of life plus have fibromyalgia severely. Any suggestions would be appreciated. My dr prescribed butal/acetamino/cf50-325-40tab but they don't get rid of my headaches. I wake up every night having to take 2 excedrin extra strenght and again 2-3 times per day. Any comments?
