Is it possible to accidentally overdose on but/apap/cf50-325-40 tab?

Certainly; too much of anything can be harmful. You can even die from drinking too much water. APAP (Acetaminophen) can cause severe liver damage if taken in large quantities over a given period of time. And this isn't even considered overdosing. It's a shame that they are "just now" informing patients to lower their dose of APAP after all these years, due to people having liver problems and other health issues from this drug. I hope that helps shed some light on how dangerous these drugs can be, before you even begin to overdose.

In my opinion, 325mg is definitely a "safer" dose than what is considered to be harmful to your body, so as long as you follow the dosing schedule and administration guidelines on the package you should be fine.
