Bupropion Helped Me Quit Smoking

I started taking Bupropion a week ago and I quit smoking after 9 years. This works!

Congrats James, great to hear a success story! Did you find the process pretty easy to follow, and do you have to taper down your dose at all before stopping completely? Also, what's your plan to permanently stay off the cigarettes once you are off the medication? Wishing you the best with this!

Thank you Roy!!! Still on the medication but almost finished have no urge to smoke. Once finished will reply and let you know how it goes. I feel if I stopped taking this now I would not have an urge to smoke. Urge feels like it is gone. :) Will keep you updated my friend.

That's great, hopefully the urge will not return once you stop taking the bupropion. But maybe have some ideas lined up for how to resist any cravings just in case it does. Stay well and please share your progress...

Agreed, thank you so much. I also quit drinking and have been on a whole plant based diet for 8 months now. Furthermore, I have an amazing partner who supports me :)

Hello everyone. I just wanted to share I ended the Bupropion 3 days early, prior to finishing my first cycle and haven't had a craving to smoke since. I have learned to cope with stress without the result of any substance and it has been absolutely amazing.

I don't drink anymore, smoke, or rely on anything. One thing I will share is that I have been on a whole organic plant based diet for 8 months now and don't see myself getting off ;)

I also take turmeric shots everyday from elixirshots.com which help out tremendously :)
