I have been taking the Bupropion HCL XL 150MG for 5 days but have noticed little effect. It seems to me as if I am in-between how I should feel, I feel a little up, melancholy, calm but at the same time I feel not so motivated, a little placid and could easily sit and do nothing (all though I feel like I should be up doing something, does that make sense?) My question is would it hurt me to take two 150MG? Just to see if this gets me out of this limbo state.

5 days is far too soon to expect this medication to reach its full level of effectiveness in your body, it can take about a month for that to happen.
And no, you definitely shouldn't adjust your dosage without your doctor's approval.
