I've been taking this medication for almost 4 weeks. The first two weeks taking the medication was great, but these last two weeks has been horrible. I've been having motion sickness for two weeks and a lil dizziness every once in awhile. It has helped with my nightmares, but I get so discouraged because the motion sickness is depressing. I wanted to see if the A101 pill or the 3331 150mg pill will make a difference. I've seen XL, SA and SR and it all confuses me why there are so many pills that are related to this medication. I am going to see if my Dr. can change it to a different number, the #13 pill is terrible.

When a medication is available as a generic it is usually manufactured by various different pharmaceutical companies, whichever one you receive from any given pharmacy can vary, depending on which one was offering the cheapest price at the time they needed to restock their supply. This was enacted by the FDA to try to help create market competition to try to keep prices down. Thus, side effects are not going to change from one to the other, because they all contain the same active ingredient.

Additionally, your doctor has no control over which one your pharmacy carries and supplies you with, outside of the name brand, they can prescribe the name brand as being medically necessary.

Have you had any improvement, yet?
