Bulky Uterus With Thickened Endometrium

Hi

My wife is suffering from stomach pain and her periods are not stopping from the past 2 months; daily 2 to 3 times she has light spotting. She has gone to the Dr and her report is stating:

Uterus is Bulky in size, measuring 8.2×5.3×4.3cm in size. There is no evidence of any focal myometrial lesion. Endometrium is thickened. Endometrial thickness measures 11.55mm. Both the ovaries are normal. Right ovary measures 4.1×2.4cm in size dominent follicle measuring 24mm is seen. Left ovary measures 3.5×2.6cm in size dominent follicle measuring 27mm in size. There is no evidence of free fluid in the pouh of Douglass Impresaion: Bulky Uterus With Thickened Endometrium.

As per this, the Dr has referred the following medicine. Plz suggest whether it's ok:

1) Tab: Trenaxa 1 tab morning & 1 night
2) Tab: Loette 1 in night till 21 days
3) Syrup: Gynedol 10ml morning & Evening

My bulky uterus contains a gestation sac that's anteriorly located. My bladder feels full, but the pod is empty with no collection. The gestation sac contains no embryo. Pt serum is negative and urine is negative. I have a blighted ovum and am supposed to go back for a repeated evaluation after one week. LMP 05/02/2018. Please advise. I need someone to analyze this scan result for me.
