hi ive been using the tramantel (sibutramin) for a while. Im allergic to penicillin So im guessing its not an antibiotic. I started using the YADUC (sibutramin) but i dint like the side affects it had, I had lots of shoulder pain and i would notice that my left hand would hurt and also my chest.so i stoped taking those and i started on the tramentel adn there great!! no side affects at all and ive loose about 5 pounds weekley
