If there are not markings, it might be a bit difficult to determine exactly what this contains.
We can rule it out as being a U.S. manufactured prescription product, because they are all required to have unique imprints to enable their identification.
However, it could be any one of a large number of over the counter products and there is also a small chance that it could be a foreign medication.
