Breathing Great Once Again.

Have taken daliresp for l yr 4 months. Have not had a episode in over 8 months. My doctor had me start off l tablet every 3 days to keep down the side effect. After 2 weeks, went on full time. I had asthma as a child but has been under control until about 5 years ago and then diagnosed with cough avariant asthma and was very ill for about 4 years with taking steroids and everything else. After taking daliresp, only had two episodes in 6 months. Then of all things, I was diagnosed with sleep apnea. This stopped all my coughing and have not been sick then. Just not sure if I should continue the daliresp. The Cpap that I use every night has also lowered my blood pressure and Dr. stopped blood pressure medicine after 37 years. I think everyone who has any kind of asthma should be checked for sleep apnea.

I am very glad that you're doing so well! That's fantastic!

Asthma is most often caused by allergies, but sleep apnea isn't, so they really aren't related.

What have you been advised about continuing the Daliresp?
