Break Week Confusion

So I just got a new BC lolo Fe. Everyone talks about "break week". What is a break week? Is it when I get my period and should be using the 2 brown pills and 2 white pills? Sorry really need a point of direction

Yes, that is the 'break week'. Some pill packs don't have you take anything that week.

The FDA lists the typical side effects of oral contraceptives as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache and PMS-like symptoms.
