I have used Solpadol soluble for many years and now have a loud machine like buzzing in one ear and deafness, at least I think its one ear? This buzz is continuous also I struggle to hear if a group of people are in the same room talking it can also be painfull.Can SOLPADOL SOLUBLE cause Tinnitus?? If there is no medical evidence doctors just dismiss the possibility when asked. Also I have read that Botox could help Tinnitus anyone else read this? Question. Anyone have a stroke and a couple months afterward develop a palsy like tremor. Is there a med to treat this? My left side, affected by the stroke, later developed a terrible palsy, for lack of word. This includes the shoulder, shoulder blade left leg. Used to cut hair. Can't anymore. Can barely butter my toast without crushing it. Can't hold a beverage in left hand. Would a parkinsons drug help me? Very disabling. I have chronic migraines,7/24/365. This condition is kept to a manageable level by Lyricaand Effexor. However, both of these drugs have been causing serious side effects to, like short term memory problems, shortness of breath, and more. I am very sensitive to drugs in general, and have tried other meds with little success. Botox has been suggested as an alternative . Has anyone had e perience with Botox or any other med which would be better? I recently took a ETG for probation and failed for alcohol and I haven't drank at all. What can cause me to test positive for alcohol? ## What gives me a false positive for alcohol after five hours? I take prednisone, loratadine, botox, oxycontin, oxycodone and neurontin. It was after five hours when I got screened. Thank you in advance! I am male, 40yrs old, having urinary issues since 2009. I started with frequent urination which then led to irritation, pain and difficulty to pass urine. I have undergone urodynamics (found poor flow, suspected detrusor muscles dysfunction) and was given medications. Becoming worse, I had gone in for a sonography, CT scan which found no issues with my prostate and kidneys. Then a cystoscopy, bladder distention performed, even treated for interstitial cystitis, no improvement. Later an inj. of Botox was administered inside the bladder, but still no improvement. Then rectal dilation was done to relax the sphincter muscle, but nothing helped. I've been diagnosed with Occipital Neuralgia around 6 yrs ago. I go to a Neurologist and get trigger point shots and Botox , I see a interventional pain Dr who has done shots in my neck to help with my neck pain. I'm in pain 24/7 not necessarily my neck but my head hurts constantly it only stops completely when the numbing med from the shots kicks in but that goes away in a hour or so, I need to find a pain Dr who will give me pain meds to help ease off the constant headache it's so hard to go day by day on Norco 7 once a day, this constant headache/migraine is taking over my life I've become so withdrawan because I'm hurting so much and the nosiness and loud crowds hurt , please help I'm in North East Ga.

My pain management Dr. Has been giving me botox injections in my neck and upper back ,as a result I am in worse pain can't move my neck ,my head wants to lean to the left,can't have anyone touch my upper back,and I have to take more pain meds. I am an neuro patient and also got knee contraction or this knee contraction recently prescribed for BOTOX injection. Due to some infection I advised from doctor for monocef injection my age is 58 years . ## Monocef is an antibiotic and it's common side effects may include nausea, dizziness, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea. At your age, they shouldn't be pronounced or worsened. Is there anything else I can help with?

Studying this subject. It is a poorly understood disease. The only real specialist in the USA is Dr. Robert Schwartzman. He is in Philadelphia and Dean of Neurology at Drexel University. ## I have no doubt that you are correct and I'm also sure that just like with Fibromyalgia, there are still doctors that do not believe it exists and that this results in some patients being misdiagnosed and their disease being poorly managed. I grind my teeth, day and night. I use a guard at night and suffer from major migraine headaches where I need injection against the pain and vomiting. I have found that Botox can help TMJ and I know that its the principal cause of my migraine... Can you recommend any other treatment apart from Botox injection or muscle relaxer.
