Bone C Plus Side Effects

I have swelling on left hand & middle fingre of left hand,
also have swelling on left foot near anckle & 2nd last fingure on left leg.,
1. shall i take bone-c plus tablests? is it safety or is it ahving some side effects ?
2. Shall I take vitamin D injection ? is it safety or is it ahving some side effects ?
3. Shall i take Ugesic prirosicam sublingual tables ? is it safety or is it ahving some side effects ?
