Maintaining healthy lifestyle eating habits and a consistent exercise regime is the most effective and safest method to losing weight and keeping it off your whole life. Also be sure to get plenty of rest and stay hydrated throughout the day. There are times when you may feel hungry but you're actually just thirsty for water, so taking the preemptive attack on hydration will avoid this common problem.
