Blur Round Pill 130 Or 131 Imprinted On It

a script "R' is on one side and either the number 130 or 131. Supposedly they are xanax. Who makes them?

The marking is 031 R, they contain 1mg of Alprazolam, the active ingredient in Xanax and are manufactured by Actavis.
