Blue Pill With Col Double Scored

Found a little blue pill in my house. It is double scored and round. On the flip side is imprinted 130 COL. Any idea what this is?

The blue pill in description is Amphetamine + Dextroamphetamine (5 mg); which is indicated for use in Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)

NOTE: 130 COR is the correct marking; not COL.
