From what I've been able to find, this is a medication available under the trade name Targin, it contains 5mgs of Oxycodone and 2.5mgs of Naloxone (though this dosing is going by the most current information I can find and may not be totally accurate, if anything has changed since then!).
The FDA classifies this medication as being a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
Can anyone confirm this dosing?
