I found some light blue oblong pills with the letter R and then the numbers 636 on it, in my daughters bedroom, do you know what kind of pill this is?

This tablet is manufactured by Actavis and distributed by McKesson Packaging Services NDC code: 63739-0391 They list it as containing 600mgs of Gabapentin, which is an anticonvulsant that is also used to treat certain types of nerve pain, and some mood disorders.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, weight changes, and mood changes.

Though they may vary depending on production facility, inactive ingredients may include:

calcium stearate
crospovidone
hydroxypropyl cellulose
polyethylene glycol
titanium dioxide
ferric oxide yellow
FD&C Blue No. 2
hypromelloses

Is there anything else I can help with?
