Blue triangle with 5 sides
Imprinted on one side is Letter Z
Imprinted on the other side is 150 or 1S0 - Can't tell

This is a Zantac tablet that contains 150mgs of Ranitidine, it is an antacid used to treat, or prevent conditions such as heartburn, GERD, ulcers and gastritis.
