First off, I would like to inform you that there is no medication called Roxy Cotton or anything of the like.
The time released formulation of Oxycodone is called Oxycontin.
The regular release version, name brand is called Roxycodone.
The immediate release version, name brand is called OxyIR.
From what I can find, these tablets are from a foreign source and are an immediate release formulation.
If it has a 30 on it, then it contains 30mgs of Oxycodone, in an immediate release formulation.
Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and dizziness.
