Blue Round Pill With Z E 3 On It

I found a prescription bottle of small blue round pills with Z E and 3 on one side and on the other a symbol that looks kind of like the ON button on a TV remote!
I wouldn't risk taking the pills as I don't know how long they've been there but I'm curious as to what they are as the label has been torn off the bottle.
Can anyone help?
