If there is no imprint, it is going to be very difficult to figure out what this might be.
We can rule out its being a legal U.S. prescription drug, since they are all required to have markings to enable their ID, in case of emergency.
However, it could be any one of a large number of over the counter products or even a foreign medication.
Was it found/obtained in the U.S. or elsewhere?
