I'm normally get Watson 540 that's my Lortab 10 what is the 500?

Lortab actually contains 2 active ingredients to relieve pain, the 10 denoted how much of the narcotic Hydrocodone it contains and the 500 denotes the dosage of Acetaminophen it contains. The latter helps the narcotic to work better.
