Hi Sabrina,
The closest match I found fits everything in your description, except that the pill is noted to be light green as opposed to light blue. This pill has been identified as Ropinirole hydrochloride (1 mg). Ropinirole is a non-ergoline dopamine agonist, used in the treatment of Parkinson's disease.
This pill is manufactured by Mylan Pharmaceuticals Inc.
