I'm sorry you feel that way about this medication. In my opinion, a higher dose of Guaifenesin and Phenylephrine is probably in order.
The one you have is only 200mg/5mg (a dose more suitable for kids). However I'm also finding it at much higher dosages of 600mg/20mg or 1200mg/25mg combinations. That's 4 to 6 times as potent as the dose you're currently taking. So you could end up changing your mind once you try a higher dosage, that's all I'm saying.
