Based on the description provided, this pill isn't listed in the prescription drug databases, so I can't find any information on it. The closest match found is oval and blue, but has the imprint "5100" instead of just "100". It has been identified as Penetrex (200 Mg).

If this does not fit your description after double checking the imprint, then it is going to be difficult to determine what this tablet contains unless you would pay to have it lab tested somewhere.

Another thing you can do is take the pill over to your local pharmacy and see if they have any particular way of testing for ingredients.
