Blue Oval Pill Scored 100

Someone dropped an oval blue pill, scored on one side with "100" on the other side, in the retail store that I manage. Anyone have a clue?

I haven't found a listing for this, but I will keep looking.

The imprint, however, leads me to suspect that it's likely something that's available over the counter, so it may be difficult to identify.

Does anyone else recognize this tablet?
