A257 an their is a slash inbetween the 2 an the 5 it's blue an oblong shape

The only tablet that I've been able to find with this marking is an oval white tablet, with blue specks that contains Phentermine, which is used to aid in weight loss.

Where was it found?

I'm wondering if the company may have changed the tablet, or if it's a foreign medication?

Can you also double check the imprint, please?
