This capsule contains 15mgs of Dexmethylphenidate, the active ingredient in Focalin, which is most commonly used to treat ADHD and Narcolepsy.

Thus, there is really no specific age for it, it can be used by adults, as well as children and teenagers.

Since it is a psycho-stimulant, its side effects may include: headache, irritability, insomnia and weight loss.
