I found a small dark blue pill with a D on half the from and a P on the other half

The closest match I've found based on the description provided, is Levoxyl (Levothyroxine sodium) 0.137 mcg. It is a blue pill, kind of an odd shape- like a diamond/oval with the imprint Levoxyl on one side and dp |137 on the other.
