Hi Terri,

The closest match I've been able to find is a blue capsule with the imprint DAN 5440. It is Doxycycline hyclate 100 mg; which belongs to the drug classes "miscellaneous antimalarials and tetracyclines" and is used in the treatment of bacterial infection, urinary tract infection, upper respiratory tract infection, acne, periodontitis, and more.

National Drug Code (NDC): 00591-5440

Since the imprint is so similar to the one on the capsule you found, I imagine they are both probably manufactured by the same company- Watson Pharmaceuticals, also known as Actavis. I've posted their contact information below if you'd like to give them a call.
