I believe the imprint you're looking at is actually NVR D35, which is a capsule with the NVR on the blue half and the D35 on the yellow.

This is a 35mg Focalin XR capsule, which contains the active ingredient Dexmethylphenidate, which is most commonly used to treat ADHD.
