Blue And White Capsule With An Emoticon Smile

Please identify. Blue and white capsule with only marks on the white half of the capsule. Looks sort of like this > u < but the "u" is smaller.

DId you ever find anything out about this?

I've tried looking at various manufacturers logos, but haven't found anything that matches this.

Does anyone else recognize this?

I know what they are! They have little notes inside them. My son got some as a gift and i was all freaked out until he opened them up and showed me the notes his girlfriend had written and placed inside each ome. Super cute, just scary.
