From what I could gather, both of the pills in question are one in the same drug. The only difference I noticed is that they are manufactured by different companies. Because of this, there may be a slight variation of inactive ingredients; but other than that you can be assured that they are the same drug and same dosage.
If this applies to you: Generic medications are allowed to contain 20% more or less of the actual active ingredients. This factor, along with different inactive ingredients (binders/fillers) could enable you to have a completely different reaction to each medication.
