Here in the U.S., Bluboro (Burow's solution) is a pharmacological preparation that "can be purchased" with a prescription through your doctor. Depending on where you're located, your country may have other laws surround it's availability OTC or via prescription.
The preparation has astringent and antibacterial properties and is used to treat a number of skin conditions such as insect bites, rashes caused by poison ivy and poison sumac, swelling, allergies and bruises.
