Blood Thinner Medicine List

I've been advised to stop taking blood thinners pre-op and want to know if any of my meds or vitamin supplements are blood thinners?

I’d like to try turmeric tea. They say you can’t drink it if you're on blood thinners. Is Coversyl a blood thinner? I take 8 mg daily.

I take turmeric daily for arthritis and general inflammation. I had never heard of it re: surgery, but since I plan on surgery, I need to consider it now. Thank you!
