No, it is not. It is a calcium channel blocker that is used to high blood pressure, and certain cardiac conditions. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, low heart right, and hypertension.
I cannot possibly list all the medications that may cause blood thinning. To the OP can you please post back and clarify which one you are asking about?
