There are many natural alternatives for Blood Pressure control that in my opinion can be just as effective as prescription medication if taken seriously.

I personally had high blood pressure for a number of years, but was able to control it by controlling my eating habits and exercising. What works for me may not work for everyone, but my initial advice is to look into natural ways such as: Low/no sodium foods to help reduce inflammation and water retention; supplementation of garlic, as well as calcium, magnesium, and potassium. Eating plenty of fruit is the best fix in my opinion, due to their high potassium and magnesium content.

Other dietary and non dietary options include:

Coenzyme Q10
Garlic
Hawthorn
Folic acid
Consistently getting enough fruits and vegetables in your diet
Yoga
Autogenic training
Aerobic exercise
Ayurvedic medicine
Marijuana
Lavender essential oil
Clary sage essential oil
Marjoram essential oil
Melissa essential oil
Ylang-ylang essential oil

Overall, I know many people who have benefited from incorporating some of these alternatives into their everyday lives and no longer need to take drugs to control their blood pressure.
