Blood Pressure Problem

I have blood pressure from last 6 months. Its constantly at around 140 / 100 daily.
I m taking NuBeta SM right from day 1.
But till now nothing is working for me.
Also head ache is there because of bp.
Can any one suggest me a good advice.

It could be that it is just not the right medication for you, not every medications works for everyone that tries it.

Have you consulted your doctor? There are other you can try to see if they lower your blood pressure.

Have you lowered your salt intake and do you get lots of exercise? The NIH also lists these issues as possibly contributing to high blood pressure.
