Bloating And Gastric Problem

I'm 29 yr old gal from last one month I'm having gas problem I thought it might go after some time.but after few days I got ulcers all over my mouth tung and neck area also but after medications it was all ok.My main issue is I'm having proper food and taking all precautions stil my stomach is bloated and gassy all the time I feel so uncomfortable .i drink coffee and milk but once in a day yeah I would like to say I drink diet coke a lot...but I use to drink earlier also but nothing happ....so I'm in a great trouble I went my normal stomach back it's bloated with gas I feel so embarrassed sometimes...I feel dry mouth,mood swings,high heartbeat,weakness back pain ,headache,lazy and low on energy....plz help
