I tried to check their main website for more information, but it's under construction: http:/­/­www.blansett.com/­

There doesn't seem to be much, if any info about it floating around on the internet, I wonder why? But I came across one source with someone else who had the same problem as you and reported the following info:

Blansett 308 is Blanex A Extended-Release Tablet.

The tablet contains 4 mg chlorpheniramine, 40 mg phenyltoloxamine and 20 mg phenylephrine. It's an antihistamine and decongestant combo that treats upper respiratory congestion and allergic rhinitis.
