I like em alot. They are the only way i survive my day. No shakes no like shaking or anything. Just able to make it. I still sleep at bed time. But my main drink is mtn.dew or dr.pepper. it's unhealthy my addiction to soda.

My sister started taking the lower dose stacker 5 years ago now she's worked her way up past black Jacks to a stronger one they are white and round. She uses them for energy and now she's only weighing 96 pounds and keeps losing. I'm worried she's addicted. She won't tell the doctors but she tells me about it. I don't know what to do. And her heart doctor said if she continues she will be not living much of a long life. Bc her heart already only has 3 valves. Any advice? I hate these things now.

It states on the packaging do not take more than 1 within a certain time frame. Taking two in one sitting will create side effects on most.

Don't take more than 1. Read the label. The hornets are even stronger. These have helped me through hard times at work. But depends what kind of work you do. The xplc are also strong too. The rest don't do that much to me. The swarm is a good middle ground. I'm glad they makem but that don't mean you should takem!

What you are describing sounds like caffeine overdose symptoms [1]. It's generally stated that you should not consume more than 400 mg per day as an adult. I would at the very least go into urgent care if they are not improving on their own. Best wishes!
