I found a black and yellow capsule with 879 over 159 printed on the black half, Please help it was in my closet

I can't find any listing for this in the prescription drug databases that I checked.

It's similar to other imprints used by Halsey Pharm, so I'm wondering if it may be a discontinued product of theirs.

They make a lot of antibiotics, have you or anyone else in your family been on any antibiotics at some point?
