Black Dog Depression Video

Has anyone else seen the video from UpWorthy about Depression? "What Is Depression? Let This Animation With A Dog Shed Light On It."

It's a really great video that I can definitely relate to, sometimes it feels like no one understands what it really means to be depressed.

I am very grateful for the depression I've experienced, it was like a catalyst in my life. A catalyst that sent me on a journey of self discovery and self love, like they say "It is always darkest before dawn."

I'd love to explore this topic further and hear about other people's journeys!

Hello, SpiritUpgraded! How are you?

I am so glad that you're doing well, now.

As to it seeming like no one ever understands what it's like to be depressed, the feeling that no one understands is a classic depressive symptom.

There are frequently many that post on here who suffer from such issues and I'm sure your post will be very helpful, so thank you!

Are there any questions or concerns?
