Bisoprolol Mg Info

I have been on bisoprolol for about a year now 2.5 mg, untilled about a month ago my doc said to start taking ittaking it twice. Morn and,Eve..its been about a month since the change and now I'm noticing my vision is alittle of and I get alittle lightheaded. Should I go back down to 2.5 again?
