Birth Control And Amox Tr K Clv 875 125 Mg Tab

Will this RX interfere with birth control (the pill)? In other words: do I need to use a backup method and if so how long should I do so?

Yes, one of the ingredients in it is Amoxicillin and it can reduce the efficacy of hormonal contraceptives, so a backup method should be used until you've been finished with the antibiotic and have taken your birth control continuously again for 7 days.
