Bezide Side Effects

Is hydrochlorothiazide the same as bezide? Does bezide increase sensitivity to light (like hydrochlorothiazide) and increase your risk of lip cancer 4 fold?

Bezide contains the active ingredient Bendroflumethiazide and yes, it will also make you more sensitive to the sun and heat, just like other diuretics in this class.

I do not have any information on the lip cancer, though.
