I can Honestly Say They Were a F'ing Miracle. I lost So Much Weight....With Them In less then a Month..Too The Point that I Felt Uncomfortable with my self, I had A baby and was looking for a way to drop it. And Sure I did.....I was Going to the gym 5 times a week also..it gave me that Energy......didn't get me dizzy or anything. only thing with me is that it actually stopped suppressing my appetite after the 3 months..but i didn't mind because i had already lost all the weight i needed to loose and them some!. But It really worked Great For Me. I wasn't OMG Overweight but Now I am Because I stopped going to the gym so i went back this Saturday and got me a bottle! Only thing that i does give u dry mouth but too me it started after like my second month.. I really Didn't follow the diet only Because I was Never Hungry!!!.. U can Google Bethe's 30 he has a Website Now THANK GODDDDDDDDDDD!!!
