What were u eating,we're you following the diet plan and were you working out,and were you taking the Senna and if yes how many we're you taking in the night and were you taking it every night?

So i'm going to try and take these i just ordered them i'm 5'6 215 pounds and just don't really have the motivation to loose weight that i used too. I start working out for a week go everyday run on the treadmill get all hyped then miss a day and just not show up anymore. Well they are coming priority mail and hopefully they work enough to get me motivated for long periods of time.

I just receive my Bethel 30 pills today and will start taking them tomorrow. I want to loose at least 10 lbs. however I suffer from highblood pressure and take medication. does anyone know will this trigger my High blood pressure. if anything I will take the pills for two weeks to loose my 10lbs.

The first week I could not sleep and had to go to the bathroom constantly. Initially, for me it was acting as a diruetic. I did experience dry mouth and it left a funny taste in my mouth, I was constantly brushing my teeth. For about 2 weeks, my heart beat fast - I definitely was not eating a banana everyday. I did follow the diet the first week, but haven't since. I used the Senna twice and not back to back days the second week only. Now, that was a mistake for me because I was regular to begin with. I haven't decided if I will do it again, since I'm on my 2nd bottle. I work at night and at my job they constantly have candy, cookies, etc. Since being on the pill I don't even touch it. I get full fast and it has helped me make better food choices. I love chocolate chip cookies and I would always buy them from Subway since its located in the same building as my office. Well, that's not happening now, if I do buy them I always end up giving it away. I crave fruits and always eat a salad. I will say that for me I was always forgetting to eat or didn't feel like eating. I suggest that if this might happen to you, please eat and always be prepared, have something with you whether you are at work or out running errands. I have tried another weight loss program and spent more $$. Honestly, $60 is not a lot and its a small invest considering if you decide to use it to jump start your weight loss. I haven't exercised, just changed my eating habits. I'm a full time student and work full time, so like many people I spend a lot of time away from home and being on the pill has helped me by not eating out. First week, I lost 5 lbs. which I'm sure was water weight. I didn't weigh myself for awhile, because I prefer to see how my clothes fit. However, I became the guinea pig for my friend and decided to weigh myself, lost 20 lbs. in the first month. I am on my second bottle so I'm interested to see how it goes. I'm very happy with the weight loss, and I took before pictures so their definitely is a difference. I'm actually glad I saved some of my old jeans and pants because I can now get into most of them.

I'm on my 2nd bottle and was wondering what are you doing to modify the side effects? Also, in terms of immunity from the pills, can you be more specific? I waited about a week and a half before I started the second bottle. Did you take your "break" while in process of taking the pills or did you complete the bottle first?

Your potassium levels were low that's all. You have to eat a banana daily or canteloup melon to keep it in control. Also don't take the laxitive one daily cause its optional, maybe 2 times a week would be fine. You have to ease your way into it cause we are all different. Hope this helps.

This pills are sold by a nutrition clinic in New York by Dr Felix they been out for years now so if they were dangerous they would have discontinued all of them by now and shut down the business you are supposed to eat melon or bananas daily so you don't feel the fast heart beat or dizziness cause this pills drops your potassium down to suppress your appetite so drink lots of water eat the banana daily and don't take the senna laxative one and problem solved. I've taken the m going on four times now so I've modified it to fix the "side effects" and take a week off to avoid the immunity of the pills and give your body a break so you can have a constant and equal weight loss weekly ;)

I've taken this pills 3 times now within 3 years they work and you don't have to take the senna laxitive pill I don't and it still works fine. I lost 30 lbs the first time, 22 the second time and 15 the third time, but I didn't finish the bottle on the other two times, I just started a new bottle last week I already lost 10 lbs :) good luck guys.

I been taking this pills for avery long time and at the begining i could not believe how much weight i was loosing but to be honest i regret it soo much now..beause due to that i now suffer from memory loss and insonmia.... Becareful when taking this pills i do recommed them for a short period of time but if taking for too long it's gonna cause some damage.

that was one of my side effects also, a fast heart beat and dry mouth but all worth it in the end. In all ive lost 30lbs n ive kept the weight off. i did also combined exercise to my diet. I drink a lot of water n i also drink my vitamins....Good Luck!!!!

Hi I just getting them tomAroow have you started them yet any side effects? My friend tells me that it makes your heartbeats fast , but she also drinks redbull everyday!! Bt she's lost 30 lbs in two months & looks fab not too skin just very tone she also worksout ! Let me know though !!!

I started Bethel30 three days ago and OMG! they really do suppress my appetite. I don't have any craving for sweets anymore which is exactly what I was hoping for except I have been feeling nauseated on an off all day plus I have dry mouth too. I do have to drink plenty of flavored water cuz regular water tastes weird and makes me feel like throwing up. I have not weighed myself yet but I will in 4 more days. I am going by the strict diet and that"s probably why I feel nauseated because I am not eating enough calories. I woke up a few times last night and I think its because I took the pills too late yesterday. Sigh.. The things we go through just to loose weight

I started the pill 2 weeks ago.. taking it every other day. I dont follow the diet.. its way to strict for me and im scare if i stop it ill gain all the wait back by eating what im eating now. which is a healthier menu than b4.
I was 205 when i started now im 193... fell great im 25, 5 6, I want to loss in total 50 lbs or 40lbs.
Everyone have noticed ! and the compliments help myself to be motivated.
I go to the gym 4 times a week, for a hr or so...

I recommend this pills to whoever needs to loss weight.

These pills works for me. They really do surpress your appetite. I've been taking bethel30 with senna 1300 for the past 2 weeks. The first week I lost 11 pounds n the second week 4 pounds. I'm on my third week now n I'm not loosing so much weight anymore but this is because I stopped following their strict diet. Now I will start exercising to help me lose more weight. The only side effects I've experienced have been dry mouth and sometimes dizziness. I always have to carry water with me. At the end of the month I'll update u on how much weight I lost in total.
