i been taking bethel for a month now and i lost a total of 20 pounds in one month which is great !!!!!!! because i have tried everything and nothing seem to work but theses were like mircle pilss thanks god for bethel s30 going for my second bottle hoping to see then same results its been 3 weeks since i last took them and so far no weight gain . sooo every one wish me luck just wanted to give a update ........

I've been on the pill for about 4 days now. The first two days, i had really bad dry mouth, I had trouble sleeping, and sometimes my heartbeat rhythm would speed up alot.

I noticed that there were 3 other pills that came with the Bethels30.
Potassium, VHP, and the Senna. Once i started taking the Potassium pills, and eating a banana daily. All the side effects went away.
At first i did not want to follow the diet because it's CRAZY, but after i took the pill. I was not hungry AT ALL. So it's not that hard anymore.
I have to remind myself to eat.

I have only lost 5 pounds, but i can definitely feel my stomach going down. Its' great. I haven't been exercising, but i plan to.

this is some info on hepatitis and Madison's remark that you cannot get hep from pills. Yes you can! the word hepatitis means, sick liver. you cannot get hep A b or c from pills but your liver can become sick from too much of a certain med., such as acetaminophen. i had hep 8 years ago my liver was sick and quit all together. i was given 10-14 days to live, waiting for my kidneys to shut down, and then death. some how i survived and my liver regenerated itself. the illness was due to blood thinners for a blood clot and acetaminophen for the pain. the FDA has known about the problems with acetaminophen for decades and now are starting to put liver warning labels on the bottles. my doctors have no medical explanation why i am still alive and i do not have hep., sick liver, anymore. i realize this is an old discussion, for those who might still be reading, like myself, be careful what you take and how much.

This the 3rd time i used the pill my 1st (8/09)results were good then I had to stop using this pill because of medical conditions (not from the pill) then I started back in oct.09, . From oct -march) i was good I stopped taking the pill then I started using it again in ending of may 09. Its now July 7th 09 and I'm not really seeing any resuts like did before. Oh and during the long periods of time when i did stop the using the pill I GAINED BACK MY WEIGHT!Now I'm struggling to get it back off.. Is thi normal ? any suggestions?

I just had a question... I know the bottle say NO SIDE EFFECTS but I feel tired when I take Bethel's 30. Does anyone else notice this same thing?

I started taking the Bethel's s30 on 6/3/09 and I love it because I also take Wellbrutin 9anitdepressant) and I was wondered that it would have major side effects and luckily it hasn't! I started at: 163pds and I'm at 151 as of today. 12pds in 2 1/2 weeks not {BAD}, I have not done the diet, exercise and only take the senna once every 3 to 4days at night before bed. Now, I do eat healthy and eat my banana every day. The pill has helped me control my appetite and I feel like its burning body fat without me exercising. I am 5'6 and my goal is to weight 142 to 145pds and hopefully maintain it. FYI: When I do drink caffeinated coffee, I get a weird sensation {a little light headed}, so I try to avoid drinking it, but it is so hard - being a caffeine fanatic. Now, I do wonder about what might happen after I stop taking it? Will I gain it ALL back as fast as I lost it?

I've been taking Bethel S30 for 4 days. As of today I've lost 3 lbs. I was hesistant about taking the senna because I read that many of you have experienced pain and negative side effects. However, I ate a late dinner tonight and decide to take the senna to flush it out. I'm not following the diet plan because I eat healthy anyway. I haven't experienced any depression as some of you have after taking the Bethel S30 but that may be because I also drink a daily dose of 100% pure acai berry juice, which has mood enhancing effects. So, so far so good and I'll post again and let you know if the senna has had any negative effects on me. I appreciate everyone's feedback because it helps to know that everyone is on the same page, so to speak, and I'm encouraged. I haven't experienced the dry mouth or too frequent urination. The only thing I noticed is that I have so much energy that it's difficult to sleep at night, which is a problem because I want to get my proper rest. Does anyone have a recommendation on the time of day is best to take the Bethel S30, or does time of day not really matter with regard to the results?

These pills are wonderfull. They come with a strict diet plan and if you follow it you will love the results. Its a strict diet but its worth it. I started the pill on 5.20.09 today is 6.4.09 and I have lost 11 pounds....my goal is to loose 25-30 pounds more...good luck everyone

Hi everyone i heard sooo much about these pills bethel s 30 im planning on going this friday to washington heights to go get them can some one tell me what do i do when i get there? or what do i say ? im kinda nervouse but i really need to loose some weight because i go to the gym 4 or 5 days a week and haven't lost any weight at all and ive been going to the gym for 2 months now and nothing do i have to work out just as much as i do now ? please some one get back to me and let me know i would love to hear your feed back thanks to all for your testimonies . everyone wish me luck

HI, I STARTED THE DIET 3 DAYS AGO AND I ALREADY LOST 4 LBS. THE ONLY SIDE EFFECT SO FAR IS DRY MOUTH. I WANT TO LOSE AT LEAST 40 LBS SINCE I HAD MY SECOND CHILD FEW MONTH AGO AND THE EXTRA POUNDS ARE GETTING TO ME ALREADY....LOL....WILL KEEP POSTING ON MY PROGRESS....

Hi, Im just updating so it has been 18 days since I first started taking the pill. I left a post on 5/8 saying how my appetiate had came back and my energy was low. Well, the reason I was eating more and my energy was low was because I started my period this past week, which explains why I was eating more and feeling less energetic. I also didn't take the pill the next day after my period started (since I was already feeling bad enough) this was actually a good idea! When I took it the following day, I felt as if my appetiate was cut back again and I had more energy and was eating less. My suggestion is if you start to feel like the pill has stopped working for you is to skip a day! It works wonders! I only take the senna once a week since the diet pill arleady has a duiertic in it. Like, I promised myself before, Im not weighing myself until the end of the month to see the total results.I'm not following the diet but I am eating very heathly and walking.However, my clothes are already fitting better! :) Also, I encourage everyone to write on here about your experiences, it really helps educate people who are curious about this product and the experiences you may have and why they happen. If it wasn't for these blogs & word of mouth, none of us would have ever known about this pill, right?

I just started taking the Bethel's s30 on Friday, 5/8. I haven't used the laxatives until tonight because I was worried about using them. So far so good, my appetite is definitely cut, however I've been eating a banana everyday for breakfast and sensible meals during the day. My last meal is 7pm or before. I am feeling a little bit of nausea and slight dizziness. What I have noticed is I'm sweating profusely! I'm always hot but I never sweat like this, so I hope it means it's working! I didn't want to weigh myself just yet, and I don't use this scale all the time so I don't know if it's accurate, but it says I lost 3 pounds. I know a few people who have been very successful in taking the pills so I'm going to let at least 2 weeks go by before I make any judgments. Good luck to all, I will update.

I have been taking bethel's s30 pill since May 1st. I haven't weighed myself and don't plan to until the end of the month to see the total results. Anyways, the first few days it cuts your appetitate, you have the side effects,tons of energy, and have a hard time going to sleep,AFTER that it goes away.My old appetitate came back after only a few days and the energy it gave me is gone.I'm now eating 3 meals a day again, like I use to.The only thing that I don't crave anymore is sweets but I still crave all the other bad food like french fries.I have almost came to the conclusion this is basically like a water pill. Because it has a duertic in the pill, thats what makes you have to go to the bathroom all the time, especially peeing, thats the reason you have a dry mouth b/c its sucking all the water out of your body which requires you to drink more water. I am going to use it till the end of the month to see if I see any results.However, as it stands now, it basically just working as a water pill for me and we all know thats just a temporary fix.

Hi, everyone, I started my bethel's 30 on 05/05/09, today is the third day, and I already loose 5 pounds, i was 160. now, I'm 153 my goal is 140 I'm 5'4 tall, did anyone actually take the fast 30 without the bethel 30s and still loosing some weight. becuase i really kind of scare i already loose 5 pounds, that fast, and my questions, is that i drink my pill half an hour before my breafast, and i still hungry, for me what is helping me, loosing the weight is the diet, becuase the pill actually don't cut my appetite, did anybody feel the same, please let me know.

I BEEN DRINKING BESTHELS FOR ABOUT TWO WEEKS NOW AND HAVENT SEEN ANY RESULTS.. NOW I SEE A NEW WEIGHT LOSS PILL CALLED FAST 30'S.. HAS ANY ONE TRIED THEM YET? WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE??

I have also tried these pills and they truly are exceptional in their results. However, I've experience major side effects such as dizziness, depression, bluriness and a struggle to remain focus. I have a pretty intense job and attention to detail is crucial. My sister also takes these pills and has no side effects. I experience major dry mouth, so much so that sometimes i feel like crust is building around my lips. It doesn't but it feels like it does. Still, i could deal with the dry mouth since i do not mind drinking lots of water. Its been two weeks that i have been taking these pills and i still experience these side effects. I should mention that i do not take a banana everyday. can this make a difference. Please let me know if anyone has experience the same. I would very much like to continue them since i have struggled with my weight for years and this truly is the first pills that have really worked for me. Can anyone offer any advise.

I began taking the pills end of March, has been about 1 month and I have definitely lost inches and pounds. I is the best appetite suppresant and atleast for me has very little side effects. The most common is dry-mouth (stop taking pills for 1 or 2 days should feel better). Hang in there drink lot and lost of water andfter a few days it will go away and the results are awesome. I don't take the senna pills becasue I have regular bowels movements; I also do not follow the diet, because when I began Iwas weighing 142 and I'm now at 125. The fact that my appetite is cut, is the only diet I need. I still eat everything Iwant. VERY IMPORTANT, after taking the pill with atleast 8 oz of water eat a banana, contains potassium and nutrients to keep you going. you will not be hungry and nothing will be appetizing. so the little that you do eat has to be good (healthy). Good Luck guys these do work and they are worth every penny.

I have been taking the bethel's s-30 with the senna pills for a month now with a strict diet and lost 22lbs. These pills work better than all other diet pills out there. I also believe they have the least amount of side effects. bethels s30 along with senna works wonders.
