I ordered Bethel S30 in August and took for 7 days. I lost 6lbs in 7 days. Then I lost the pills...I'm still trying to get over that, but I've ordered them again in Dec 09. I have been taking now for 8 days- no side effects. I weighed for the first time yesterday and found that I lost 5.5lbs. But, I'm not taking the Senna and not doing the diet. As a matter of fact. I've been eating Red Velvet Cake (because if I don't it's gonna go bad :) I must say these pills are great appetite suppressants! I definetely recommend them.

Were the pills from this web sit www.bethel30.com/­store green and yellow? I just want to make sure before I ordered. I met a lady who had some and her bottle had a blue top and her pills were green and yellow. I don't see the blue top bottle on this web site but the bottle looks just like hers with the exception of the blue color. Thanks.

I HAVE THE PILLS. ITS A BABY BLUE TOP CLEAR BOTTLE AND THE PILLS IS HALF DARK GREEN AND THE OTHER HALF IS LIGHT GREEN.

Is it necessary to take the senna 1300 along with the bethels?

I have had no side affects from the pills, I do believe that if you follow the direction you will lose the weight, just a little dry mouth, but I do drink a lot of water all of the time. I started yesterday 7/14/10 and has lost 2lbs already. This is the Bethel S30.

HELLO I STARTED MY PILLS ON SATURDAY JULY 10,2010 I WEIGHT MY SELF @ 190 TODAY IS TUESDAY JULY 13,2010 I WEIGHT MYSELF THIS MORNING BEFORE TAKING A SHOWER AND IT SHOWS 180 I CANT BELIEVED I HAVE LOST 10 POUNDS IN JUST 4 DAYS. AM SHOCKKK WITH THIS PILLS U WILL NOT GET HUNGRY AT ALL AND WHEN U TRIED TO EAT U FILL FULL SO U DONT EAT THE HUGE AMOUNT AS BEFORE. I really dont know...They do help you loose weight I lost 18 pounds in three weeks...the bad part is at soon as you stop you gained the weight back double...I started ad 146 punds got to 132 now I am 148. So be very careful I think the best things to do is try to loose weight by eating less calories then what you burn.
